What coaching sessions are available?

We have one-on-one sessions and group sessions to make it affordable for everyone.

How Does it Work?

We meet fortnightly or monthly either on Facebook Messenger or Zoom. This gives you time to put together any questions you may have for the next session.

What is involved?

It would be ideal to have a journal/notebook for each session and for throughout the week.

How long does it take?

All sessions are 45 minutes long for one-on-one coaching.

Group sessions run for 90 minutes.

Does it need to be in person?

YES. Coaching is in person via zoom or Facebook Messenger.
